Do you take checks?

Yes we do. Checks must clear before the item is sent.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do, however, we do charge shipping outside of the United States.

Do you accept returns?

If we make a mistake in the spelling of the name and it is our fault, we will correct the name and ship you a new one at our expense. Since these are handcrafted, we can not accept returns.

How long does it take to make a personalized name?

It takes approx. 7-10 days to make a name plaque, depending on the time of the season. Usually it is shorter. We then send the name plaques via US Postal Service, Priority Service which takes 2-3 days to deliver.

How are the name plaques made and how big are they?

The names are cut from ¾" Birch plywood. Then it is stained. We cut the cartoon characters out of ½" Birch plywood. We use Birch plywood instead of regular plywood because the paint comes out more. We then use wooden dowels and glue to attach the name and character to a 10" long base.
