1.We start by drawing the picture.

2.I drill holes in the letters or pictures.

3.I'm cutting the picture.

4.I'm cutting the letter out of 3/4" thick Oak plywood.

5.This is the letter B with the waste cut out.

6.I'm sanding the back and front of the letter.

7.This is the finished letter unstained.

The next 3 pictures are of my 11 year old son, Kevin, cutting a project for school.
